HUGH MARSH: YOUNGER BROTHER, As a character he spents alot more time in distress and panic in comparason to the older brother. gets in some life threatening trouble at some point of the film.

JAC JONES: FATHER, Is the main leader of the group of agonists who need saving in the fritening and unfortnate line of events.

  Sergei Eisenstein   “The father of montage” often “the father of editing too as is represented in his political film “battleship Potemkin”. The montage was one of the first ways of catching emotion within a films character, other ways were used such as “Nanook of the north” by Robert Flaherty, however montage has carried on throughout all kinds of genres.    The famous scene in battleship Potemkin where the citizens were running for there lives down the steps was a masterclass in montage, it was the first time one scenes times had been extended through editing by a series of linked images. Unfortunately, this movie was band in Russia for political reasons but the film continued to be studied in many film schools and is the reason for montage and some of the editing today.
