My idea for a day in the life (preliminary task) will be using the aspect of the life of a boarder at Ellesmere college and the repetitiveness of each and every day, I will be using mainly montage and interview. within the task I will be working independently as well as using my fellow boarders for interviews, my camera shots and angles will majority involve mid shots, close ups and possibly long shots, some will be hand held camera and others using a tripod. it will be a participatory documentary challenging some of the codes and conventions, i will take part in some shots but not others. i will be filming friends, meals and everyday activates in a fast paced documentary.
